Running research projects, on the surface, seems a simple endeavor – develop sample, design a questionnaire, interview, and deliver. Except that it isn’t. Errors in data can come from a multitude of sources. With exacting project management, we ensure that error is kept to its theoretical minimum. Every project we manage receives a close review of the instrument for quality; a full project review with all operations managers involved in the project; complete interviewer briefing and training; continuous interview monitoring; and daily review of sample integrity, response rates, cooperation rates, and incidences. We also provide detailed weekly reports to clients on the status of their research.
