SSRS, together with ICR / International Communications Research, conducts three cost-effective national telephone omnibus surveys that target specific populations:
  • EXCEL: a twice-weekly survey of 1,000 adults, half male and half female
  • TeenEXCEL: a monthly survey of 500 teens, ages 12 to 17
  • HispanicEXCEL: a monthly survey of 1,000 Hispanic adults
The omnibus study format allows our research partners to combine their questions to form one survey, thereby sharing the costs of sampling, screening for the correct respondent, and weighting to the general population. Clients may include a single closed-ended question, a twenty-minute battery of open and closed-ended questions, or anything in between. Our EXCEL surveys can be tailored to your specific needs.

Each client is given exclusivity for their subject area, ensuring that answers are not biased.

EXCEL surveys secure highly representative samples via RDD (random digit dialing) sample and random selection of the household respondent. Resulting data are tabulated and provided under a standardized banner offering up to twenty-five banner points based on demographics and geography. Of course, customized banner options are available.

Demographic data about respondents and households surveyed are included, at no extra cost.

Whether clients require a one-time study or long-term tracking, EXCEL surveys provide quality data with a rapid turnaround -- topline results the day after interviewing stops and tabulations and data tables within two days.
