HispanicEXCEL
SSRS, together with ICR/International Communications Research, conducts HispanicEXCEL, a unique monthly omnibus consisting of 1,000 telephone interviews over two weeks, among a nationally representative sample of Hispanics, ages 18 and older.
Currently estimated at 38.8 million, the Hispanic population continues to increase both in numbers and in the proportion it represents within the total population of the United States. Our clients utilize HispanicEXCEL to reach a nationally projectable sample of Spanish and English-speaking Hispanics and to gauge their attitudes on key issues and concerns. We can also merge HispanicEXCEL with our general population omnibus, EXCEL, to obtain a better representation of the entire US population.
HispanicEXCEL features a national disproportionate stratified sampling design and optimal allocation to obtain the best possible representation of Hispanics across ethnic origins – giving every Hispanic household a chance to be interviewed.
Similar to EXCEL and TeenEXCEL, the other omnibus services SSRS provides, HispanicEXCEL allows our research partners to:
- Combine their questions to form one survey, thereby sharing the costs of sampling, screening for the correct respondent, and weighting to the total Hispanic population.
- Maintain exclusivity for their subject area, ensuring that answers are not biased
- Include anything from a single closed-ended question to a twenty-minute battery of open and closed-ended questions.
- Obtain essential information for a fraction of the cost of custom research
Along with standard demographic data about respondents and households surveyed, HispanicEXCEL also includes acculturation data, all at no extra cost.
Whether clients require a one-time study or long-term tracking, HispanicEXCEL provides quality data with a rapid turnaround – topline results the day after interviewing stops and tabulations and data tables within two days.
