Eran N. Ben-Porath, Ph.D., Research Director
Eran is responsible for the design, execution, and analysis of surveys at SSRS. He attained his bachelor's degree in political science at Tel Aviv University and his doctoral degree at the University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg School for Communication. Before joining SSRS, Eran was a research fellow at the Annenberg Public Policy Center where he studied public opinion about judicial elections. He has also published articles on presidential war rhetoric and political debates and presented his research in numerous conferences. Beyond survey methodologies, Eran's work has also incorporated experimental design and focus groups. In his previous life, Eran was the producer of the evening news in Israel's Channel 2. He is married to a professional philosopher and is a father of two.
