
Some clients require only a few crosstabulations of the data; others need extensive statistical analyses or complete reports that leave no stone unturned. We have found many in the industry seem to think they know what clients want. They have a predefined way of doing things and clients’ needs somehow always fit into that mold. We have found that the most critical aspect of becoming true research partners with our clients is by not assuming anything. At SSRS, ascertaining what is needed at the end of a project is our first objective. We develop deliverables based on understanding what clients envision their deliverables to look like. Then, we strive to reach and exceed these expectations. Thus, we do not have one single topline format, and have provided reports that range from PowerPoint presentations of anywhere from 10 to 150 slides in length to written reports that run anywhere from 10 to 300 pages. We will work with you to make sure that you get exactly what you need to have at the conclusion of each project.
