AJ has been with ICR for almost 22 years. She started out in the trenches of the telephone interviewing room and moved on through the ranks in various positions including stints in sampling and data reduction before discovering her true calling--project direction. AJ has been a part of the Social Science division of ICR since its inception. AJ's role as senior project director includes assisting clients with questionnaire development, maintaining client communication, controlling the quality and accuracy of each study, and daily interaction with all of ICR's internal departments for all aspects of sampling, data collection, data reduction, programming, and deliverables. Outside of ICR, AJ is very active as a Sunday school teacher, deaconess, certified Christian counselor, and auxiliary director at her church. She is also the proud mother of a teenage son and enjoys spending her free time with him in his various activities.
